AND DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY GLASS OR HARDWARE. 
IT WILL NEED TO BE GLUED AND ASSEMBLED BY A SKILLED CARPENTER.

IN THIS KIT YOU WILL RECEIVE
To make the frame - 1 head, 2 sides, 1 cill, and 1 sub cill.
To make the sash - 1 heads, 2 sides and 1 bottom rail.
Aquamac draught strips (require cutting to size)
4 Glazing beads.

A suitable high quality polyurethane glue - ie, Gorilla Glue
2 - 3” butt hinges
1 - window stay
GLAZING
double glazed unit 4/16/4 - 469mm wide x 194mm high - softcoat K glass, Argon gas fill
1.5mm Glazing tape, glazing silicone, glass packers, 20mm brass or stainless steel pins
TOOLS REQUIRED 
2 SASH CLAMPS, MINIMUM CAPACITY 600MM
A hammer, a tape measure, a pencil, a set of chisels, a mallet, a marKing gauge, a drill, a screwdriver, a G cramp, a saw, a router and bit, a sander, sanding discs, a gasket push stick, a pair of scissors, a Stanley knife, a mastic gun.
 
Handcrafted solid Sapele hardwood traditional window 
measuring 600mm wide x 350mm high x 95mm deep. 
External frame section sizes, 
head and sides 95mm x 45mm, cill 95mm x 56mm, 
with the sub cill extending 70mm from the face.
Sash section sizes, head and sides 56mm x 45mm, bottom rail 56mm x 65mm. 
All sizes are before sanding so are approximate.
