THIS WINDOW IS SUPPLIED UNASSEMBLED 
AND DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY GLASS OR HARDWARE. 
IT WILL NEED TO BE GLUED AND ASSEMBLED BY A SKILLED CARPENTER. 
BELOW IS A LIST OF TOOLS AND MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED 
TO COMPLETE THE WINDOW.

IN THIS KIT YOU WILL RECEIVE
To make the frame - 1 head, 2 sides, 1 mullion , 1 cill, and 1 sub cill.
To make the 2 sashes - 2 heads, 4 sides and 2 bottom rails.
6 pieces of Aquamac draught strips (require cutting to size)
8 Glazing beads.

AND SAFETY GLASSES.
 
Materials required to complete each window.
A suitable high quality polyurethane glue - ie, Gorilla Glue
4 - 3” butt hinges
2 - window stays
2 window fastens 
GLAZING
2 double glazed units 4/16/4 - 416mm wide x 894mm high - softcoat K glass, Argon gas fill
1.5mm Glazing tape, glazing silicone, glass packers, 20mm brass or stainless steel pins
TOOLS REQUIRED 
4 SASH CRAMPS, MINIMUM CAPACITY 1050MM
A hammer, a tape measure, a pencil, a set of chisels, a mallet, a marketing gauge, a drill, a screwdriver, a G cramp, a saw, a router and bit, a sander, sanding discs, a gasket push stick, a pair of scissors, a Stanley knife, a mastic gun,
 
Handcrafted solid European Oak traditional window 
measuring 1050mm wide x 1050mm high x 95mm deep. 
External frame section sizes,
head and sides and mullion 95mm x 45mm, cill 95mm x 56mm, 
with the sub cill extending 70mm from the face.
Sash section sizes, head and sides 56mm x 45mm, bottom rail 56mm x 65mm. 
All sizes are before sanding so are approximate. 

Windows are supplied so that both sashes will open once assembled.
